I called them with a few questions before my hot tub was being delivered and everyone helped me. It was one of the best experiences I ever had. I decided on the Chelsea hot tub. That was the best decision. The jets are powerful and very relaxing. I like it very strong. My kids don’t like the strong jets but you can control it from the individual seats. The lighting system is a really nice feature. Plenty of room to stretch out too. It has brought our family closer. We love it and we use it 4 to 5 days a week. You pay for what you get. "We are experienced tub owners and had our first one for 12 years. We have had the Hamilton for about a month and are very pleased with all the small extras that make this tub so much nicer than our first basic model. The non-moving parts in the jets will make the longevity so much better. All the filtration really makes a big difference in how your skin feels and not smelling all the chemicals. The layout is awesome and works great for relieving the aching muscles. Overall you get what you pay for. Considering we plan on having this tub for 15 to 20 years I think we made a great choice."
