What is SmartTub® On-Peak, Off-Peak Energy Usage?

It is a new way to view the energy consumption of your spa based on customer defined On-Peak and Off-Peak periods. The SmartTub module will need an energy measuring clamp properly installed and then the customer can set up this new reporting feature.

Customers with the latest firmware (V78 or newer) will see their tubs reporting the On-Peak and Off-Peak energy usage data on their Monitor tab. This feature is intended to help customers see their energy usage and guide customers on shifting more of their energy usage to Off-Peak periods.

Blue segments shown are the On-Peak energy usage and green segments are the Off-Peak usage.

Setup: Customers need to click the Energy Usage Settling cog and they can define their On-Peak energy periods.

Customers are able to add additional peak periods by pressing the +. After the + is pressed, customers can tailor their beginning and ending date and beginning and ending time for each On-Peak period. All other times will be Off-Peak. Just remember to press Save when finished entering On-Peak periods.
