Accu-Pressure™ Therapy Seat
Deep-tissue pressure banishes fatigue, stress, and tension from neck to calves in this series-exclusive seat — paired with a low-profile foot dome that brings relief to the entire body.

SMT™ Soothing Muscle Therapy Seat
Series-exclusive spiral-action jets capture the feeling of a hands-on massage, easing tension through the neck and back with a kneading motion that melts away everyday stress.
A lounge seat is a full-length reclined position that lets you stretch out completely so your whole body is in the water, and jets are positioned along your back, legs, and feet. It's ideal for people who want a full-body soak and targeted lower-back or leg massage. An open (upright) seat positions you in a seated posture with jets aimed at your back, shoulders, and neck. You have more freedom to move and interact with other people in the spa. The trade-off: a lounge seat takes up significantly more space in the footwell, which can limit how many people comfortably fit at once. A spa with one lounge and four open seats may feel crowded when all five are occupied. Think about how you'll actually use the spa as solo relaxation benefits from a lounge; social soaks generally work better with open seating throughout.
Start by measuring the area where you plan to put your spa. You'll need at least 2 feet of clearance on all sides for access and servicing. Also note any gates, doorways, or pathways the delivery team will need to pass through. Standard spa dimensions range from roughly 6'x6' for smaller 2-person models to 8'x8' or larger for 6-8 person spas. Swim spas would be even larger. Measure access points too because most spas need a clear path of at least 36 inches wide. Your Sundance® dealer can walk you through exact dimensions for any model you're considering.
There are a few things to line up before delivery day. First, your electrical: most Sundance® spas require a dedicated RCD-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Some smaller models may run on a standard household socket, but confirm this with your dealer early, as electrical work can take time to schedule. Second, your foundation should be in place and fully cured before the spa arrives. On delivery day, the crew will need clear access from the street or driveway to your installation site, so measure any gates, fences, or doorways along that path in advance. Most spas are delivered on a pallet and moved with a dolly or crane. Once the spa is in place, your dealer's setup team will connect it and walk you through initial startup. You'll balance your water chemistry before the first soak. Your Quick Start Guide covers the steps, and your dealer is always available to help. Plan for about 24 hours for the water to heat to your preferred temperature before you climb in.
