Sundance Spas Sponsors the 2011 Soldier Ride San DiegoThis Saturday, Sundance Spas will be participating as a cycling team and sponsor of the Wounded Warrior Project's 2011 Soldier Ride in Oceanside, CA. The Soldier Ride cycling event was created to provide wounded warriors the opportunity to reclaim their confidence and strength through the exhilaration of cycling in a positive uplifting environment. Mental Health America asked more than 3,000 people what anxieties they feel at this time of year. The results showed that finances and having too much to do were the top holiday stressors. Feeling Blue on World Arthritis Day?
Arthritis and Hydrotherapy SpasLast month, I learned October 12th is World Arthritis Day. World Arthritis Day was first celebrated in 1996 by Arthritis Rheumatism International giving a voice to those suffering with arthritis around the world. This year, several activities took place on this day. Many people wore blue to support increased awareness and the steps to take so arthritis doesn’t interfere with daily life.
