Sundance Spas Sponsors the 2011 Soldier Ride San Diego

This Saturday, Sundance Spas will be participating as a cycling team and sponsor of the Wounded Warrior Project's 2011 Soldier Ride in Oceanside, CA. The Soldier Ride cycling event was created to provide wounded warriors the opportunity to reclaim their confidence and strength through the exhilaration of cycling in a positive uplifting environment. Oh the holiday season, which, for most Americans starts in November with Thanksgiving and continues through New Year's Day in January. Mental Health America asked more than 3,000 people what anxieties they feel at this time of year. The results showed that finances and having too much to do were the top holiday stressors. Last month, I learned October 12th is World Arthritis Day. World Arthritis Day was first celebrated in 1996 by Arthritis Rheumatism International giving a voice to those suffering with arthritis around the world.
