Choosing the Right Spa: Essential Considerations Before Your Sundance® Spa Purchase

Investing in the spa life presents a multitude of compelling reasons. For families seeking more bonding time or individuals desiring a place to unwind and socialize, a hot tub becomes the centerpiece of a welcoming backyard oasis. Athletes and fitness enthusiasts find solace in spa therapy to soothe tired muscles post-exercise. Meanwhile, those coping with chronic pain discover a therapeutic sanctuary in hot tubs, where strategically placed hydromassage jets offer optimum pain relief.

Understanding Spa Features

Once sold on the benefits, the next step before making a spa purchase involves considering various factors. When choosing the best spa for your lifestyle, Sundance® Spas offers a range of sizes, seat configurations, and customization options to suit diverse needs. Local Sundance® Spa dealers, known for their industry expertise, are readily available to guide you through this decision-making process.

Sizing and Types

Selecting the right size spa is crucial. Consider your family's needs, entertaining habits, and available yard space to accommodate the hot tub. Here's an overview:

• Large Spas: Ideal for big families or frequent entertainers, accommodating up to eight adults comfortably. Rectangular shapes offer versatility in seating options.
• Medium-Sized Spas: Suitable for growing families or groups of four to six adults, offering a range of jet configurations and seating styles.
• Small Spas: Perfect for couples, empty-nesters, or those with limited space. Despite their compact size, they boast features tailored for two to four adults, ensuring a cozy and intimate spa experience.

Price Considerations

When assessing spa costs, it's vital to understand the spectrum of available models and their respective price points:

• Acrylic Spas: Packed with features, ranging from $4,000 to $25,000. High-end models boast superior craftsmanship, patented jets, and various massage combinations.
• Rotomold Spas: Generally priced under $4,000, constructed from a single polymer plastic shell with integrated jets but fewer premium features.
• Blow-Up Spas: Entry-level models priced under $1,000, offering basic hydrotherapy without the advanced features of upscale spas.

Feature Selections and Customization

While all Sundance® spas offer numerous benefits, customizing your spa to match your preferences is key. Consider options like lounges for comprehensive relaxation, diverse seating arrangements, and maintenance features that align with your usage needs.

Social and Lifestyle Benefits

A spa isn't just about relaxation; it's a social hub that fosters bonding experiences. For hosting gatherings, look for spacious seating layouts with various seat heights to accommodate guests of all ages.

New vs. Used Hot Tubs

While the lower price tag of a used hot tub might be enticing, consider the overall value. New spas offer state-of-the-art technology, enhanced features, better warranties, and peace of mind, not always present in older models.

Exploring Spa Options

Experiencing spas firsthand is crucial. Visiting local Sundance® Spa dealerships and scheduling wet tests allows you to feel the spas' functionality and make informed decisions about your investment.
